Had a heart breakfast of fried tomatoes on toast - all part of the grand plan to dispose of all our fruit and vegetables before we hit our next Agriculture checkpoint at Ceduna. I drove the first 100 km or so to a beautiful spot with stunning views of cliffs on the Great Australian Bight shortly after Eucla. En route we encountered one of the iconic trees festooned with underwear which I may have added a pair to on my previous drive this way earlier in the year. I drove a bit further and then Sue took over driving us to the whale watching location at Head of the Bight Visitor Centre. Sadly we were two weeks too late as the last of the pods had moved on. I then drove the last section to Penong a township we'd stayed at before. Dinner was focussed on lots of steamed vegetables and potato salad again for the same reason of using them up before we would have to dispose of them.
