Day 84 - Iron Knob to Semaphore - 21 October 2017

Before heading off we visited the Iron Knob museum but unfortunately it was closed. Sue then drove the first 70 km or so to Port Augusta and then I took over. Somewhere en route we passed a pink lake - the exact location escapes me. We stopped briefly for lunch at Snowtown before heading on to a caravan park at Semaphore, a beachside suburb in Adelaide. There was a very strong, howling wind blowing but despite this we went for a walk to the end of the Semaphore jetty and watched some intrepid wind surfers do their thing. A lovely cup of coffee on the way back and then settled in for the evening.
